Terms and Conditions
We ship only within the united states, merchandise will be shipped within 14 days of receipt of your order. If merchandise is out of stock, we will contact you to provide an expected delivery date. We will ship via ups. Please note that ups is unable to deliver to p.o. Boxes.
Shipping and handling charge will be added to total merchandise cost.
Returns and refunds
We do not accept returnes or exchange after 10 days of receipt of invoice. All returns must be pre-authorized. Please call 1-800-852-SNOW or e-mail email@example.com to obtain a return authorization code.
Once a return authorization code is issued, you must return merchandise within 14 days in its original condition. Please put your return authorization code on the outside of the box and include a copy of the packing slip.
Once merchandise has been received, we will issue a credit onto the credit card you used for purchasing.
Please note that shipping cost is non-refundable unless you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise
Payment must be made by credit card when merchandise is ordered and we accept visa, master card, discover card and american express.
